Description

The TKBA 31 is a cutting-edge tool designed for fast, accurate alignment of pulley and chain drive systems. Engineered for efficiency and ease of use, it enhances machine performance and prolongs machines through precise alignment of belts and sprockets. Each component attaches easily to the inner or outer face of a pulley or chain sprocket using powerful magnets, meaning no tools required. A green laser line projects from the transmitter to the receiver mounted on the opposite side, allowing accurate alignment adjustments. The TKBA 31 supports most standard belt and chain-driven systems such as V-belts, Banded belts, Ribbed belts and Chain sprockets. SKF Belt Alignment Tools are widely used in industries like power generation, recycling, chemical processing, and food & beverage production.
